OUR PROCESS

Consulting

Our consulting service starts from the early development process of your demand. Once you submit your inquiry with your requirement, we will soon learn it and provide you with a free quote and cost-effective suggestions. If you have any special components that need to be sourced, we have a strong sourcing team and over 100 partners who can always be ready to help.

Co-Design

To ensure that your designs or 3D files are accurately put into production, we are equipped with experienced experts and engineers to review your requests in all aspects, to also meet our guidelines. You can also give us your guides or specifications to meet your requirements so that production will be smooth and effortless. Following this, our engineers will analyze your designs and provide professional advice, which may save you a significant amount of time and money.
We can also assist modifying your 3D files or mock up picture by deepening the details. If you need our help to create the 3D files picture based on your 2D arts or a draft idea, we can also be a great help.

Pre-Production

We will create a online 3D mockup proofs for review by both parties, for your final approval. Once they are approved, we will produce pre-production sample for your confirmation depicting the final version of your bags and will ship it to you, to ensure you are satisfied and ready for us to proceed next step. Upon final approvals of the sample by the customer, we will internally administer a final sample review report, quality control manual, product technical manual, printed drawings/schematics, and other documents internally to prepare for our pre-production meeting.
During this meeting, we carefully evaluate the quality control plan based on the pre-production samples and all other considerations to produce a concrete action plan and production schedule for you!

Mass Production

The mass production will soon be started after our internal pre-production meeting, and then we will make shipment sample copies for 2 main purposes: one is to send to you for your approval and another is to keep records as each shipment sample. Once you receive the sample, our project manager assigned to you will contact you for final confirmation before packaging. Additionally, we will stay on top of your entire production and manufacturing process throughout and communicate with you promptly if there are any issues, and report to you weekly.

Assembly

Although each part of the product through strict quality control and inspection, our QC department undergoes through spot checks before products are moved into the warehouse, to ensure their integrity before they are packaged. Upholding many years of quality experience, we have perfected a professional packaging SOP that enables our clients to feel rest assured that their products are inspected every step of the way.

Shipment

In priority to the final shipment, your split shipment plan will be requested so that we can pack and ship according to your request. If you have preferred shipping agents, you may arrange freight to our factory for transportation without incurring additional costs to do so. As well, we can provide you with experienced global shipping partners if you’re still considering options. After your shipment to the final customers, we will usually do a survey with you about the quality and we will always be ready to help if any needs.
